Our Legal User Agreement and Terms of Service

Basic Over view of my terms of service.
1). I follow all laws and so should you.
2). I will not add any illegal content to Any website.
3). I don't work for free.
4). All my clients are treated with respect and courtesy so I expect the same.
5). I have strong business ethics and I don't Lie and you shouldn't either.
6). If you want updates, you will have to pay for them or do them yourself but be careful because it may mess up your website or keep it off search engines.
7). I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who doesn't pay for my service or to anyone else I do Not want to work with.
8). Free Consultations are limited. Free Samples are Not your property they are only there to be viewed. Free samples are deleted after a few days.
9). If you don't pay for work you won't see it and chances are, I won't build it.
10). If I create/ publish your website, you will have a link near the bottom of your 1st page to my site (like book publishers have their name on the Books they publish).
11). I have the right to change my user agreement and terms of service at any time.
12). When it comes to earning money for referring clients: You need to call me before referring someone before receiving the 20% since people may want to cheat and steal the 20%. I reserve the right to work with anyone I want to and cancel my offer at any point but I will contact you before canceling any offer or service.
13). Prices subject to change at any time depending on what you want, how many changes you want, time spent and the "quality" of the graphic, animation or page.
14). Since I work very quickly, I charge for quality of files Not just time spent.

User Agreement with Terms and Conditions: This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions that apply to use of ArtistDesign7.com ("Agreement") by you, an individual accessing ArtistDesign7.com ("Visitor"). By accessing ArtistDesign7.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you should leave this website and by staying you are agreeing to the terms of service.

Changes in Terms and Conditions: ArtistDesign7.com has the right to change or discontinue any aspect or feature of ArtistDesign7.com, including, but not limited to, content, hours of availability, and equipment needed for access or use, at any time. ArtistDesign7.com reserves the right to discontinue service at anytime if payment agreement is not fulfilled. I usually provide a free sample to potential customers but I reserve the right to work for anyone or deny service to anyone, too. After the free sample customers have to pay for my services.
Customers are required to have a link to ArtistDesign7.com at the bottom of the first page on their site. Why? I provide a Website publishing and design service. And like most books, the publishers name is shown on the book so my websites name will be shown on your site.
I may link to your site from my site but I have no obligation to link to it for any period of time unless I choose to.
